Stats for nerds for browser memory help text is incorrect, or what it describes is incorrect

Project Member Reported by habets@google.com, Mar 24 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 49.0.2623.87
OS Version: Linux
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
Other browsers tested: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start task manager (shift-esc)
2. Click "Stats for nerds"
3. Upper right corner: "Memory", "Private" says "5,869,408k", which is clearly greater than "Proportional" which is "1,500,752k".
4 Hover over question mark. The help text ends with "Therefore, [proportional count] is greater than the private count."

What is the expected result?
Help text says proportional should be greater. It is not. Not even close.

What happens instead of that?
Private is more than 4x larger than proportional. 2.5x larger on another Chrome of the same instance.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

The link and the page were removed from Chrome, which makes this irrelevant.
