I'm not understanding the problem. Looking at Chrome stable and beta I see a grid of white dots, that seem to be of the expected size given the CSS, with transparent tiles, on a non-transparent background color.

Could you provide an image of what you expect this to look like? Is the only problem you perceive with the 3x3 example?

Here we are, (it's zoomed in so fuzzy, actual size 3x3px) the expected is FF, IE-11, IE-edge, actual is Chrome

Summary: Tiling a CSS background image gradient with 3x3 tiles renders incorrectly (was: CSS background image gradient issue )
Somehow I failed to see this - I have no idea why. Maybe the result is flaky in some way or depends on scroll position or something. In any event, confirmed it as an issue.

I presume it's a Skia gradient tiling problem because the gradient seems inverted, but I'll also poke around and see if it is a problem with our setup of the tiling.
