Find in page [ctrl + F] doesn't start search onLoad

Reported by corkoome...@gmail.com, Mar 24 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.49 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a tab
2. Press [ctrl + F]
3. Enter something, like a space " "
4. Open another tab
5. Press [ctrl + F]

What is the expected behavior?
Suggested behavior: Chrome tries to find all spaces " " when the Find Bar opens

What went wrong?
Nothing happens until you enter/submit or change the content of the Find Bar.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.49 Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Request: it would be nice if Chrome would try to find the text in the Find Bar when it opens, even before you enter or change the content.
