better theme integration for infobars |

Issue descriptionInfobars should probably use NativeThemes to get their colors rather than hardcoding. For example, for normal (white) infobars we could probably fall back to: fg: kColorId_TextfieldDefaultColor bg: kColorId_TextfieldDefaultBackground the warning (yellow) infobar is trickier. We might need to create new NativeTheme::ColorIds for that. The main benefit of doing this would be better support for GTK themes and particularly inverted color schemes.
