Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Pin a tab to prevent discard 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Title still visible so I can see eg. number of messages or whatever, ie. title might be "(1) Facebook" What went wrong? Title is hidden from pinned tab Did this work before? No Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 5.1 (Windows XP) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 I want to be aware of a tab's window title changes (showing alerts, messages etc.) while working in other tabs, so I want to prevent it being discarded[*]. The only way I know to prevent a tab being discarded is to pin it, but then the window title is hidden, defeating the purpose of being able to see changes to it. [*] yes I know about browser notifications but not all sites support them and sometimes they don't work very well, eg. are very delayed relative to window title changes |
