Vendors cannot access UMA (User Metrics Analysis) Histograms at https://uma.googleplex.com/histograms. TE uses the UMA histograms verify that data for new histogram metrics are being uploaded. Vendor access is needed so we can verify occasional Histogram additions and updates, particularly for Enterprise and Kiosk.
