"File not found" error when accessing offline page, after deleting bookmark and re-saving it.

Project Member Reported by bustamante@chromium.org, Mar 23 2016

Issue description

Version: 50.0.2661.35
OS: Android

After deleting a bookmark+offline page and re-saving it, I'm not able to access it offline. Instead a file not found error page appears, see the attached screenshot.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start Chrome with offline pages enabled.
(2) Navigate to a page that has a bookmark w/offline copy
(3) Remove the bookmark by clicking the garbage can icon in the "Edit bookmark" dialog.
(4) Bookmark the page again
(5) Go Offline
(6) Attempt to view the offline copy from step #4

What is the expected output?

The offline copy should be shown.

What do you see instead?

A "File not found" error page appears (see the attached screenshot).

Please check with UMA to see if we should be merging this. I don't think this is that important.

We don't have a UMA to track this. I don't think this will hit often given than the user will have to resave the page in 6-second time frame which normally is not the case.

Verified fixed in Chrome 51.0.2700.2
