Indicator Arrow No Longer Appears When Dragging Links Into the Tab Bar

Reported by jcjeff2...@gmail.com, Mar 23 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2687.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Drag a bookmark or a link anywhere on the tab bar (next to an existing tab, on an existing tab)

What is the expected behavior?
There should be a small indicator arrow showing where the link will be displayed.

What went wrong?
No such arrow is visible, thus making it hard to judge where the tab will be loaded.

Did this work before? Yes Previous version

Chrome version: 51.0.2687.0 Channel: dev
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

It appears when Hardware Acceleration is ENABLED, the indicator does not appear when it is disabled.
