This problem went away for several months but has reappeared in Version 55.0.2875.0 canary

So as far as we've investigated with @kozy, the getContent() get's stuck for scripts if the debugger is paused, which causes this behavior.

@kozy, didn't we have any ideas how to fix this issue?

Cleaning up sheriffbot label "Needs-Review" label as a part of modified "Needs-Feedback" sheriffbot rule. [ref bug for cleanup 684919]
