What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enroll in strongauth with security key
2. create new user
3. select user and "sign into chrome"
4. enter username
5. enter password
6. select "Try another way to sign in"
7. select

What is the expected result?
offered to select alternate method to sign in

What happens instead of that?
Dumps out to chrome tab at address 
chrome://chrome-signin/?access_point=10&reason=0&constrained=0&frameUrlId=4&auto_close=1&showAccountManagement=1 

prompted to enter username password and security key, select alternate sign in again, and signin succeeds, sending you to account central.  however, the profile is still not signed in.
