Update documentation for chooseDesktopMeda

As discussed on apps-dev and implemented we're adding an audio parameter tp the chooseDesktopMedia call. Documentation should be updated to reflect that: https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/desktopCapture.  Let's do that when the feature enters Beta, and include version needed for support.

As we've discussed this before.
Ken told me that the website is auto generated from the json definition of the API (Namely in this case it is chrome/common/extensions/api/desktop_capture.json)

The Json update is in M50 cut, so Ken, when will the website be updated? Namely what is the revision the website based on? Stable version?

Follow up:
I think M51 is released, but on https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/desktopCapture
I still cannot see "audio" in the source type description.

Is there anything we can do to update the website?
