#import-success-image {
-webkit-mask-image: url(../../../../ui/webui/resources/images/check_circle.svg);
-webkit-mask-position: center;
-webkit-mask-repeat: no-repeat;
-webkit-mask-size: 96px;
background-color: rgb(15, 157, 88);
height: 96px;
margin: 20px 0;
width: 100%;
}
Nothing wrong with SVG rendering AFAICT - I suspect we're tickling a mask (saveLayer?) related bug in Skia's PDF backend.
A trivial workaround (and best practice) would be to use the SVG as an actual background image, rather than apply it as a mask.

Could not reproduce this on 56.0.2924.87 with Windows 10 or on 57.0.2987.110 with Linux. Is this still an issue?
