State field doesn't autofill in pcconnection.com

OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and open 'chrome://settings'
(2) Click on 'Manage Autofill settings' and fill the detail.
(3) Now go to PCConnection.com, add a product to cart and checkout as guest
(4) Double click on 'First name' field and select autofill and observe "State" field

Expected: "State" field should be autofilled on double clicking any field
Actual: Instead "State" field doesn't autofill even after double clicking any other field.

This is a non-regression issue as it is seen from M22.[22.0.1229.95]

Hi thanks for reporting. This is due to the fact that Autofill now respects autocomplete="off" for non credit card forms. 

The state field has the autocomplete attribute set to off. So it is WAI.
