Regression:Tabstrip is seen broken after opening multiple tabs.

Chrome Version: 51.0.2688.0 (Official Build)Revision df372032b408542d782c18cfc057ed729e46665a-refs/heads/master@{#382748} (64-bit)
OS:Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Freshly launch chrome and open 4-5 NTP.
2.Click on first tab and observe the tabstrip(tabs)on R.H.S

Actual: Tabstrip is seen broken after opening multiple tabs. (i.e. white space is seen on each tab towards R.H.S)

Expected: Tabstrip should be properly displayed after opening multiple tabs.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M51' and will soon update other info.
