Non-Regression : Auto fill does not fill the Address field in "Rakuten.com" site.

Issue description

Version: 50.0.2661.49
OS:Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1)Launch chrome -> Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ->Click on 'Add new street address' and Now enter data for Name, Address, City, zip code,State,Phone.
(2)Now go to "Rakuten.com" -> Add any product to Cart -> click on "Checkout" button -> Now click on "Proceed to checkout" ->Enter Email and "Continue As Guest" 
(3)Now double click on "First Name" field and observe the Address 1 field.(Please refer Video)

Note : 1. "Address 2" Field is filled by auto fill settings 
2.Same Issue is seen after Login  into the account

Expected: Along with the other fields "Address 1" Field should also be filled by auto fill settings.

Actual: Instead "Address 1" Field is not  filled by auto fill settings 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-22

Hi thanks for reporting. This is due to the fact that Autofill now respects autocomplete="off" for non credit card forms. 

The address line1 field has the autocomplete attribute set to off. So it is WAI.
