Regression: 'Send feedback' and 'Cancel' buttons appear weird in Report an issue overlay.

Version: 51.0.2688.0 (Official Build) canary df372032b408542d782c18cfc057ed729e46665a-refs/heads/master@{#382748} (64-bit)
OS: Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome & go to chrome://help.
2) Click on 'Report an issue' button and observe buttons at bottom of the overlay.

'Send feedback' and 'Cancel' buttons appear weird.

Send feedback and Cancel buttons should be proper.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51, will soon update other info

Bad build: 51.0.2672.0

The above issue is not reproducible in Chromium builds, hence providing suspect from Changelog URL

Note: Issue is not reproducible on Windows(7,8,10), Linux, Mac Mini, MacBook Pro. It is reproducible only on Mac Retina 10.10.5
