Text is not fully displayed and ends with ellipsis

Reported by diso...@gmail.com, Mar 23 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. unzip attached files and open TestWithPageStructure2.html
2. You could see the first "Language Code" text and "Sequence Number" text is not fully displayed
3. Remove the Whitespace character following the text, then it could work fine.

What is the expected behavior?
whitespace can no longer be handled properly by CHROME 49. The label text should fully displayed.

What went wrong?
With the upgrade of Chrome 49 on desktop we have started to see Chrome (v49.0.2623.87m) truncating some labels which formerly did not happen. No other browsers are having this problem. The latest chrome version seems to be overly sensitive to text-overflow settings and truncating text with ellipsis prematurely ( in other words the Label is not fully displayed, and ends with ... ) .

Did this work before? Yes the build before 49.0.2623.87

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

The issue has huge impact on our product and please fix it ASAP.
