Omnibox showing 2 entries for same offlined page

OS: Android 6.0.1; Nexus 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Confirm you have internet access, and bookmark page 'Northern Europe' in wikipedia
(2) Go offline.
(3) In omnibox type 'norther' which would show both bookmark and offline copy in dropdown suggestions.

What is the expected output?
Only one suggestion should be shown, or show 2 but have a special icon for the offlined page.

What do you see instead?
One bookmark entry will be shown, and a history entry will be shown.

Jian, this might be very interesting and also forward looking for the omnibox treatment in general.

Tal, please take a look. We discussed omnibox last time you were in KIR. Any progress?

The omnibox suggestions come from history. Since we record both online and offline URLs in history, we have this issue. Once we fix the history problem, this bug will probably go away.

We should only see one entry corresponding to online url after we switched to serving offline content directly under online URL as in patch https://codereview.chromium.org/2245733004/.
