Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
The document can be viewed and interacted with within the browser.

What went wrong?
A gray screen is displayed that flickers between gray and fragments of the PDF document as you scroll the page. If you stop scrolling it quickly reverts to the gray screen.

I've tried restarting Chrome, clearing cache and cookies, and disabling 3rd party apps and none of that has done anything.
