Class not registered error

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Opened browser with same error
2. Uninstalled browser
3. Deleted registry keys

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
No matter what fix I try I am not able to get rid of the error. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 8)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Need this resolved because it is affecting our school CPA and the ability to get financial data completed.

Thanks for the report. I am unable to reproduce the above issue on Windows 8 with chrome version '49.0.2623.110'. Please go through below articles on the error which might help you resolve the issue.
