Saving Timelines and loading failure

Issue description

Device name:

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 49.0.2623.91
OS: Android 6.0.1

URLs (if applicable): /

Behavior in Android Browser (if applicable): /



Steps to reproduce:
(1) Connect android device to pc
(2) Surf to Chrome://inspect
(3) Save random timeline
(4) Close everything
(5) Start chrome on pc
(6) Try to load timeline
(3)

Expected result:

Doesn't really seem like an actionable bug nor do I know who works on tracing, but punting to rschoen to hopefully get to the right person (or close out)
