Not loading page in back ground till we click it

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any website 
2. Long press on link 
3. Open in new tab

What is the expected behavior?
Not loading page ... Till we click it

What went wrong?
Open the link in new tab wait for 2 min or more ..... Off your internet and you will find that page is not loaded up

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.91  Channel: stable
OS Version: 4.4.2
Flash Version: Gionee p3

 I have gionee p3 smartphone and i have find that when we long press a link we get option open in new tab after click on that option,,,,,, pop up message come "open in background" ...... after that when we  switch between tab i have found that tab is open but not load up till we click on it.
This problem arises almost all version of google chrome(android).

Hello

Thanks for reporting the issue. Unfortunately, we could not repro this issue. Can you please provide a video for the issue along with a logcat/bugreport, if possible? Also, can you please test on the latest Chrome Stable and let us know if the issue reproduces?
