When I try to open Chrome I get a message 'Class not registered'

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2486.0 Safari/537.36 Edge/13.10586

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Happens every time I try to open Chrome
2.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should open

What went wrong?
When I try to open Chrome I get a message 'Class not registered'

Did this work before? Yes 2 days ago
