Slider bubble is seen not proper in Gallery.app

Version: 51.0.2686.0 (Official Build) 
OS: Chrome
Platform: 8096.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Daisy, Peppy, Jerry, Gnawty

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> download 2,3 images>> open it in gallery
(2) Go to edit settings>> go to brightness settings>> try to change the brightness or contrast settings to extreme low (0%) using click and drag the slider bubble>> and observe

Expected: Slider bubble should be seen proper 
Actual: Instead slider bubble is seen not proper (Refer screenshot)

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in M38: 38.0.2125.44/6158.19.0 beta-channel Daisy

Issue is seen in latest M49: 49.0.2623.95/7834.60.0 beta-channel Daisy as well

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Do you mean that the circle of slider bubble becomes black at the zero? I believe this is intended by design.
