Regression: Print preview does not open smoothly on any web pages.

Chrome Version: 51.0.2687.0 (Official Build) 5ee3f242cefebba7eb0f05424e7308f9158d8388-refs/heads/master@{#382459} 64 Bit.
OS: Mac 

Steps: 
1. Launch chrome and open new tab page or navigate to any web page for. e.g. http://omahaproxy.appspot.com/
2. Give print command (Cmd+P) on the page and observe.

Actual: Print preview does not open smoothly i.e. blink of white patch is observed while opening print preview.

Expected: Print preview should open smoothly i.e. no such glimpse of white patch should be seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M-51, will soon update the other info.

Do not observe so much of glitch, hence removed the Blocker.Please add the same if its relay a blocker issue.
