In avatar bubble, on clearing username field, cursor is not seen.

Issue descriptionVersion: 51.0.2687.0 (Official Build) 5ee3f242cefebba7eb0f05424e7308f9158d8388-refs/heads/master@{#382459} (64-bit) OS: Mac What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, click on avatar bubble and click on Username field. 2) Edit the username to some long name and press Enter key. 3) Now click on Username field, press Backspace key from keyboard and observe. On clearing Username field, cursor is not seen. On clearing Username field, cursor should be seen.
