What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and go to https://myspace.com/article/2014/04/18/420-best-song-lyrics-about-weed
(2) Scroll and go to '"2 CUPS STUFFED" – YOUNG THUG' and click on play button such that the audio plays in the same tab.
(3) Observe.

What is the expected output?
> Audio should play.

What do you see instead?
> Audio doesn't play at all.

> This is working fine on Firefox and has regressed in M-42 on Chrome.
