Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.75 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsbin.com/resoridema/edit?html,css,output Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create an input field with text-overflow: ellipsis 2. Try scroll using shift+mouse wheel, notice that scrolling works but the truncated text just shifts over What is the expected behavior? It either shouldn't allow scrolling or update the truncated text to show the text scrolled to. What went wrong? Blink issue. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin?
