minnie-cheets has been failing hwtest for "CQ fails due to Android not booting on veyron_minnie-cheets". Work is underway to fix that bug.

And to add some more clarification, a build hasn't been successful consistently for a while so the suite hasn't been kicked off because of that.

It's almost the same. The one I filed was against veyron_minnie-cheets at that moment. And the https://b.corp.google.com/u/0/issues/28157819 was filed for cyan-cheets. We could close this one and focus on https://b.corp.google.com/u/0/issues/28157819 instead.
