Ink drop is not covering the whole bookmark button

OS: Chrome OS, likely Windows and Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Add a bookmark or a bookmark folder with a fairly long title 
(2) Click and hold it

What is the expected output?
Long-press ink drop or activated state ink drop extends over the whole bookmark 

What do you see instead?
Only a part of the bookmark button is covered (see screenshot from samus). Mouse hover is covering the whole button.

Valery, just to double check, was this seen on a device with a scale factor greater than @1x ?
