UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. All saved passwords business wide were lost in 49 Update 
2. When attempting to save new passwords none are stored 
3. "Would you like chrome to save this password" Click "Yes" - Still does not store

What is the expected behavior?
To store passwords

What went wrong?
All passwords previously stored by our users were deleted. Only change in the system was the google chrome update.

Also now unable to save new passwords. Have reset Chrome settings to no avail. Have re-installed old versions and they worked without issue.
