WebGL error (light.gl compile error)

Reported by turtlelo...@gmail.com, Mar 22 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8092.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2679.0 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8092.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel swanky

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open v3.polarr.co

What is the expected behavior?
It finishes loading

What went wrong?
From what I can tell, it has something to do with shaders. You can run the test and get errors here:
https://www.khronos.org/registry/webgl/sdk/tests/conformance/glsl/misc/global-variable-init.html
And quite a few fall under here:
https://www.khronos.org/registry/webgl/sdk/tests/deqp/data/

Did this work before? Yes About a month to two weeks ago

Chrome version: 51.0.2679.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: 8092.0.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Yes I have already reported this (https://goo.gl/DemX9Q), but I reported it under the wrong type, sorry

Forgot a screen shot, sorry
