Anthony, the Primetime team filed this a while back, but it hasn't received any traction. I just noticed it scrubbing through our open third-party bugs. Just wanted to get it on your radar.

Adding some folks (Ilya - Flash HW decode, Chris - Mac HW decode) who might be able to advise.

I'm able to repro this on my Mac -- the black screen happens on the first time going to fullscreen for me (FWIW). Also happens with fullscreen low power mode disabled. The GL error is coming from: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/gpu/command_buffer/service/gles2_cmd_decoder.cc?rcl=0&l=8599

Hey David, is this something that you could help w/? There wasn't a clear (recent) blame, based on what Chris is pointing at, and your CLs happen to be the most recent in that area (suggesting some familiarity w/ the code path). If your not a good owner for this, I would appreciate any help you could provide in redirecting. Thanks in advance.
