(2)Open the apps launcher
(3)Move through the apps grid using arrow keys

What is the expected output?

ChromeVox should read out names of the apps


What do you see instead?

ChromeVox doesn't read the names of apps when we move through the apps using arrow keys

Checked on Celes and Ultima. It's broken on both the devices.

Checked on Edgar on 49.0.2623.99 / 7843.62.0 stable build and chromevox works fine in the apps list page
