Text colors hard to see against selection color in MD Incognito Omnibox dropdown

Project Member Reported by shrike@chromium.org, Mar 21 2016

Issue description

On the Mac the Omnibox dropdown uses the user's selection color as the row highlight color. In Incognito mode the text is currently a little hard to read. The first screenshot shows my selection color against the white/gray text colors, and the second shows my selection color against the blue link color.

I think we should consider using the black/gray text and icon colors from non-Incognito mode when selected (see third screenshot).

For link color, perhaps GoogleBlue700 instead of GoogleBlue300? GoogleBlue300 is almost invisible against the default blue selection color (see last two screenshots).

yes you can revert to 700 when selected. as long as we keep the incognito theming on other rows.

The spec calls for a gray instead of the user's selection color. The selection color was too garish/distracting in Incognito so I switched to the gray, and then felt I should go with the gray in non-Incognito mode. Closing out this bug as the Omnibox dropdown changes just landed (using gray selection).
