[1758] Replace Sentry EVT with DVT

Issue description

Steps:
  Verify device (asset tag: C072997) powers on and boots
  Switch to dev mode
  Set gbb_flags for fast boot
  Install ToT test image
  Add servo cable
  Install in android1758-row4-rack2-host1
  Run network_WiFi_VerifyRouter against the setup
  Return the Sentry EVT
