The Incognito dropdown has a shadow that appears to be partially non-black, so it looks strange against the dark MD Incognito NTP.

I have written a little code to generate a shadow for this case, and have attached screenshots showing it in use with the Incognito page and against a white background. If you think it looks OK we can just go with it. Or we can tweak it, or you can send me replacement artwork.
