Break down HTTPCache.Pattern by resource type |
||
Issue descriptionIt would be helpful to better understand the cache patterns by resource type. Specifically JS and CSS. Then would help us to understand how often such resources could be reused (without revalidating) if the network is spotty.

The following revision refers to this bug: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src.git/+/5152e48e43339dbe3013b647c00bfff4867eb087 commit 5152e48e43339dbe3013b647c00bfff4867eb087 Author: jkarlin <jkarlin@chromium.org> Date: Fri Mar 25 18:36:19 2016 Break down HTTPCache.Result metric by resource type We'd like to know how often different resource types are cached and revalidated, so this CL adds cache pattern metrics for common resource types. Note that the resource type is a guess based on the URL's path. There will be many missed resources but I anticipate the fraction of false positives will be low.
