What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Material Design for browser chrome in chrome://flags
(2) Show bookmarks toolbar
(3) Click on a bookmark

What is the expected result?
The bookmarks bar buttons should show visual feedback, in the form a background fill (shadow?)

Other toolbar buttons like the navigation buttons and overflow menu button have the expected effect.

What happens instead?
No visual feedback is given when clicking on a bookmarks bar icon.
