Steps : 
1. Launch Chrome, go to above URL and hit Ctrl+P.
2. Now in Print Preview, set Destination to Save as PDF, Layout to Landscape and Paper size to A4, observe.

Actual : In Print Preview, the first page is seen blank.
Expected : In Print Preview, all content should be seen properly.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-45' and below is the manual regression and narrow bisect info.
Good build : 45.0.2450.0
Bad build : 45.0.2451.0
