The bookmarks activity is not full screen

0. Change the display size: On Android N, it's available at ettings>Display>Display size => Small. On other Android versions, it's probably possible to do it by rooting and changing the DPI
1. Open Chrome
2. Menu > Bookmarks or New Tab > Bookmarks

Observed: See screenshot.

The Bookmarks activity opens and is not full screen. It still works, the drawer activates, etc. But it's small.

Just tried this on O and it is showing as fullscreen.  Closing this out.
