Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. http://crbug.com/ 2. Ctrl+J -> Network 3. F5 What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Now notice how the columns jump to the left when the window overflows and the scrollbar is added. So far so good, but not. In the Timeline column a vertical line appears through the m. Trying to resize columns yields no result, unless you move the mouse to right, to where the lines were before the scrollbar pushed them left. I've recorded a video. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04 Flash Version:

Retested the above issue on Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome version '51.0.2687.0' and working as intended. No vertical line is added in the timeline column when F5 is pressed in the Devtools> Network section. Hence marking the same as TE-Verified-51.0.2687.0. Attach is the screen-cast for the same.
