Reported by vku...@etouch.net, Mar 21 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version: 51.0.2686.0 b3fd89db02212a4c8cd3c9f19632a2b2e0fe1f68-refs/heads/master@{#382218} 64 bit
OS:Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to http://pdfobject.com/
2.Click on + icon to zoom such that scroll bar appears, click middle mouse wheel to move horizontal scroll bar left/right twice.
3.Now leave the middle mouse click and move mouse left/right on pdf scroll bar, observe

Actual:
1.Mouse wheel doesn't appear on middle mouse click.i.e. after step 2 & 3
2.Able to move horizontal scroll bar via mouse hover even after clicking on pdf.

Expected:
1.Mouse wheel should appear on middle mouse click.
2.Scroll bar should not move on mouse hover once clicked on pdf.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M42' and will soon update other info.

This must be working via an extension or something? I don't think the middle-click autoscroll icon appears on mac natively.

With response to comment #2:
Its not working via any extension it shows middle-click scroll icon on scroll bar for pdf file in 42.0.2273.0 build

As far as I know, Mac doesn't support autoscroll natively. So I'm not sure how exactly this is working? I can't reproduce on my mac.
