Regression: Able to move horizontal scroll bar on mouse hover and mouse wheel doesn't appear for embedded pdf.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2686.0 b3fd89db02212a4c8cd3c9f19632a2b2e0fe1f68-refs/heads/master@{#382218} 64 bit OS:Mac What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch chrome and navigate to http://pdfobject.com/ 2.Click on + icon to zoom such that scroll bar appears,click middle mouse wheel to move horizontal scroll bar left/right twice. 3.Now leave the middle mouse click and move mouse left/right on pdf scroll bar, observe Actual: 1.Mouse wheel doesn't appear on middle mouse click.i.e. after step 2 & 3 2.Able to move horizontal scroll bar via mouse hover even after clicking on pdf. Expected: 1.Mouse wheel should appear on middle mouse click. 2.Scroll bar should not move on mouse hover once clicked on pdf. This is a regression issue broken in 'M42' and will soon update other info.

This must be working via an extension or something? I don't think the middle-click autoscroll icon appears on mac natively.

With response to comment #2: Its not working via any extension it shows middle-click scroll icon on scroll bar for pdf file in 42.0.2273.0 build Please refer attached Expected_Pdf video.

As far as I know, Mac doesn't support autoscroll natively. So I'm not sure how exactly this is working? I can't reproduce on my mac. |
