Precondition: Enabled 'Media Router' flag from chrome://flags

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and click on 'Cast' option from wrench menu.
2. Click on Search text field and then press tab key and observe

Actual: Focus is lost after pressing tab key first time i.e does not move to back arrow button.

Expected: Focus should move to back arrow button after pressing tab key first time.

This is a non-regression issue seen from M-50, build no-50.0.2660.0

Good Build:50.0.2659.0

Bad Build: 50.0.2660.0
