Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2686.1 (Official Build)96aa23bedc3f50a99c176dde6f8e0df385a4bf2d-refs/branch-heads/2686@{#1} 32/64-bit. OS: All(Win 7-Aero enabled) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and go to NTP or any page. 2. Kill the above page using chrome://crash in omnibox. 3. Now go to 'Wrench' and observe the 'Print' option. Unnecessary 'Print' option is enabled in wrench menu list. 'Print' option should be disable in wrench menu list. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-30 series. Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.
