*_total metrics should not double count

Ross points out that if a V8.Execute event is a child of another V8.Execute event, the _total metrics will double-count them.

As I discussed with fmeawad@ we will address this issue with the new version of our metrics written for TBM v2. (see tracking  issue 593793 ).
