Emulate touch screen but cannot click

Reported by icese...@gmail.com, Mar 21 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer Tools, and change to mobile like iPhone
2. Then scroll the page using mouse (I use magic mouse) middle button;
3. Then click specific clickable element but nothing happened

CANNOT REPRODUCE EVERY TIME

What is the expected behavior?
Emulator can support click gesture;

What went wrong?
It doesn't support click gesture;

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

The previous stable version like 48 can disable touch screen, but the latest stable cannot, so this problem becomes inevitable.

It seems that this caused by the Fastclick.

Close the bug issue, fixed by upgrading fastclick.js
