[Non-Regression]:Autofill data doesn't populate "Address" field in "http://www.zulily.com/"

Issue description

Version: 51.0.2686.0 dev
OS:Ubuntu 12.04,14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ->Click on 'Add new street address' and Now enter data for Name, Address, City, zip code,State,Phone.
(2)Now go to "http://www.zulily.com/" -> login and Add any product to Basket -> click on "Proceed to Checkout" button
(3)Now double click on "First Name" field and observe the "Address" field data 

What is the expected output? 
Address field data should populate 

What do you see instead?
Address field should not populating any data [please refer the snap shot]


This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-27

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 and Mac 10.11.3 using chrome version 51.0.2686.0.Marking it as Untriaged as it is non regression.

Hi thanks for reporting. This is due to the fact that Autofill now respects autocomplete="off" for non credit card forms. 

The address field has the autocomplete attribute set to off. So it is WAI.
