Regression: Cursor is seen misplaced in console text box of chrome://tracing

Chrome Version: 51.0.2686.0 (Official Build) b3fd89db02212a4c8cd3c9f19632a2b2e0fe1f68-refs/heads/master@{#382218} 64 Bit.
OS:All(Win 7-Aero enabled)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing.
2. Click on ">>” (chevron) icon to open console text box and observe the cursor.

Actual: Cursor is seen misplaced in console text box after clicking ">>” (chevron) icon.

Expected: Cursor should not misplace in console text box after clicking ">>” (chevron) icon.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-51' and will soon update other info.

crrev.com/382618 rolled the fix into Chromium.
