Style attribut duplication if float number changed

Reported by etorma...@gmail.com, Mar 21 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Inspect an HTML element that has style attribut containing either width or height with equals to a float number
2. Use magic squares to change the height or the width
3. Notice that the style attribut duplicated

What is the expected behavior?
Style attribut must not get duplicated

What went wrong?
The style attribut got duplicated when a float number used as the height or the width of a style attribut

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Works fine for me on Chrome 53.0.2785.143 - probably this is outdated. Feel free to post here or file a new bug if it still reproes for you on stable/canary version of chrome.
It is already fixed maybe 6 months ago.
